Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent work experience
Full proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Outstanding verbal and written communication and influence skills
Self-starter with analytical and business acumen
Possess strong organizational, time-management skills
Multitask and prioritize workload and determine priorities
Detailed-oriented and results-driven
Ability to identify and articulate useful problem statements, user needs, use cases
Generate spreadsheets, reports, data and other information for presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skill in English/Korean is required

Responsibilities

Actively source new technology partners following our internal scouting framework
Attend industry events (meetup, partner events, conferences, etc.)
Reach out and meet with potential partners (startups, companies, etc.)
Identify potential partners and report/introduce them to the HQ for collaboration opportunities
Connect with internal teams to identify areas of interest to focus scouting efforts
Communicate clearly with startups, companies, universities, or research centers about expectations, goals, and status of different projects
Continually update multiple internal documentation to reflect latest state of affairs and knowledge
Prepare presentations/reports to show scouting results to internal teams
Prepare due diligence reports to assess and compare potential partners
Research, analyze and prepare reports to share market trends
Craft intelligence presentations to share scouting knowledge
Elaborate new frameworks to synthesize new insights
Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders
General support of IPC intelligence needs
Actively communicate with key suppliers to find if any procurement related (lead time, delivery schedules, etc.) issue occur
As a part of SCM Risk management team, actively seek and report out to HQ if national disaster occurs
