We're running a paid study on the operational workflows and internal dynamics of large healthcare enterprises. Our goal is to understand how different business units collaborate and manage their daily responsibilities. This feedback directly informs our perspective on modern healthcare administration and corporate structure. You will join a remote, AI-moderated interview to discuss your current role and daily activities. We will ask you to walk through your typical tasks, team structures, and the tools you use most frequently. You will also react to specific scenarios related to cross-departmental collaboration and workflow efficiency. The entire conversation takes place via a standard voice and video call.
Requirements

- Familiar with internal workflows and daily operational routines
- Comfortable discussing high-level team structures and collaboration
- Available for a remote video interview
