The Interventional RN Fellow is a Registered Nurse hired directly into Interventional Services and enrolled in a structured nine-month Fellowship Program designed to prepare clinicians for independent specialty practice within the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology Laboratory, or Neurovascular Interventional Laboratory. The January 2027 Fellowship Program combines didactic education, simulation, competency validation, clinical preceptorship, procedural training, and mentorship to develop the clinical expertise and technical skills necessary to safely care for patients undergoing complex cardiac, electrophysiology, neurovascular, and peripheral vascular procedures. Fellows participate as members of the interventional team while progressing through a structured pathway toward independent practice and call readiness. Upon successful completion of fellowship requirements, competency validation, and orientation milestones, the employee will function as an independent Interventional Registered Nurse within the assigned specialty service.
