About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking Interventional Radiology Technologists for a client in San Francisco, California. This is a 13-week temporary contract assignment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility for other schedule options.

Technologists must have documented experience in radiation safety and ALARA principles, infection control, and safe handling of contrast agents where applicable. At least one year of full-time experience within the past two years in an acute care hospital or a clinical imaging environment of similar size and operation is required for technologists assigned to specialty outpatient sites or skilled nursing facilities.

Requirements

• For technologists assigned to specialty outpatient sites or skilled nursing facilities, at least one year of full-time experience within the past two years in an acute care hospital or a clinical imaging environment of similar size and operation.
• Current and valid California Registered Technologist (CRT) licensure issued by the California Department of Public Health, Radiologic Health Branch.
• Current and valid California licensure from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as an RT.
• Current and valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Fluoroscopy permit for applicable roles.
• Documented experience in radiation safety and ALARA principles.
• Documented experience in infection control and safe handling of contrast agents, where applicable.
