About The Position
The Radiology Technologist Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of special technical, diagnostic and interventional radiologic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. The Technologist also assumes responsibility for specified radiographic procedures, and/or may be assigned duties as an instructor. This position works at a technical level not requiring constant supervision, independently performing special procedure.
Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists preferred
- Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health
- Experience in special radiologic procedures preferred
Responsibilities
- Performing a variety of special technical, diagnostic and interventional radiologic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
- Assuming responsibility for specified radiographic procedures.
- May be assigned duties as an instructor.
