About The Position
Internal Traveler positions are compensated competitively with other traveler positions, available in a wide variety of clinical practice opportunities, and are offered in 13-week blocks, which may be renewed up to a maximum of 39 weeks. A one-time $2,500.00 incentive pay is offered with the first 13-week assignment. The starting base rate for this role is $63.00 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiography required.
- Eligible for ARRT (VI) certification.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT R.T.) required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
- Standing and sitting for prolonged periods.
- Frequently bending/stooping.
- Reaching (overhead, extensive, and repetitive).
- Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs.
- May be exposed to, fumes, cold, heat, radiation, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s Degree in Radiography preferred.
- 2 years Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
- ARRT (VI) certification required within one year of hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
