About The Position

Southern Alliance Radiology (SOAR) is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiologist to join their established and growing IR program serving the Piedmont health system in Columbus, Georgia. This is a true IR-forward opportunity offering procedural depth, defined partnership clarity, and a sustainable lifestyle. The role is 75% IR and 25% Diagnostic, with no diagnostic call required. IR + Stroke Call with stipends is included, and call is shared equitably among IRs. The position offers a 1-year partnership track and willingness to train for stroke thrombectomy. H-1B visa sponsorship is available. The opportunity involves a broad and complex IR case mix including TIPS, hepatobiliary procedures, interventional oncology, and thrombectomies. Requirements

Interventional Radiology Fellowship or IR/DR pathway
Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or AOBR)
Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
U.S. graduates and H-1B visa candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
