About The Position

Here at Fairview, we are now seeking an Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team at Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN! This is a .9 FTE Baylor (work 48 hours per 2 weeks, paid for 72) position that will work every Saturday and Sunday from 7AM - 7PM. The Technologist provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of high-quality diagnostic imaging, provides quality age-appropriate patient care according to established standards of practice, and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team. The interventional technologist assists with invasive procedures in the Interventional angio suites, collects and assesses image data and performs scrub role assisting the radiologist. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus that is prorated based on experience.

Nice To Haves

1 year experience as a Interventional technologist
1 year experience in Pediatric Interventional imaging
1 year experience in IR
1 year experience working with children in a capacity including frequent interactions and an understanding child development.
ARRT IR certification or successful completion within 1-1/2 Yrs
