About The Position

Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Physician to join a thriving, multi-specialty practice on Florida’s Space Coast. The practice prioritizes a patient-first, functional outcomes approach over high-volume medication management. The physician will inherit a turnkey clinical template with a massive, built-in patient referral stream, working alongside a fully integrated team of physical therapists and dedicated APPs. This opportunity offers a unique combination of a desirable coastal lifestyle, state-of-the-art infrastructure including a fully accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), true autonomy in patient care, uncapped earning potential with no Florida state income tax, and an exceptional work-life balance with a 100% outpatient setting, no hospital call, no weekends, and no evenings.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Pain Medicine via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology.
  • Unrestricted Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain) and active DEA registration.
  • An empathetic communicator who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care culture.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and formulate custom care plans for acute and chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
  • Perform targeted fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures (including epidurals, RFA, joint injections, and sympathetic blocks) in our modern ASC.
  • Lead and scale our implantable device pipeline, including Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) trials/implants and peripheral nerve stimulation.
  • Supervise and collaborate with experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners who handle routine follow-ups, keeping your schedule focused on procedures.
  • Utilize our intuitive EMR system designed to minimize charting time.

Benefits

  • Up to $450,000 base salary
  • Generous production bonuses (wRVU or Net Collection)
  • Clear, structured Partnership Track with lucrative real estate and ASC investment potential
  • 4 to 5 weeks of annual Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • $5,000 annual CME allowance plus dedicated CME days
  • Premium health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 100% paid malpractice insurance coverage including tail coverage
  • Generous relocation assistance package
