About The Position
Compass Palliative Care, a leading California-based palliative care provider, is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Physician (MD/DO) to provide pain management services in an outpatient pain clinic. The physician will primarily perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures. We are pleased to offer a flexible part-time schedule of 1 day per week.
Requirements
- MD or DO with training in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Anesthesiology, or a related specialty
- Active and unrestricted California medical license
- Active DEA license
- Experience performing fluoroscopy-guided pain procedures
- Current certification/qualification to perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures
Nice To Haves
- Interventional Pain fellowship preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain
- Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures
- Develop treatment plans, provide follow-up care, and educate patients
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care
