Hospitalists and primary care physicians manage admissions, with APP support for hospital patients. The practice offers extensive onsite diagnostics, including cardiac PET, SPECT nuclear imaging, cardiac CT, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, pacemaker checks, and remote ECG monitoring, as well as a busy venous program. Venous procedures include thermal laser and radiofrequency ablations, VenaSeal, phlebectomy, and sclerotherapy. The role is full-time and primarily based at Jacksonville-area locations, with limited satellite office coverage and interventional call approximately one in four to one in five. Compensation is a $700,000–$850,000 base salary plus a productivity bonus of up to $400,000 per year.
