The Intervention Specialist provides clinical mental health support to youth within Hamilton County schools. Key responsibilities include facilitating small groups for at-risk students and offering individual and family counseling as needed. The specialist will also manage data collection, develop psychoeducational curricula, and gain hands-on experience in community outreach. Close collaboration with school administrators, counselors, teachers, and community leaders—along with a strong working knowledge of local resources—is central to the position. The Intervention Specialist is a stand-alone position.
