About The Position

Ready to make a difference from the ground up? After over 10 years of success in the Akron/Fairlawn area, we are spreading the experience by opening TES Academy Columbus/Dublin this August. Come grow with us as founding member of our team in the role of Intervention Specialist. At TES Academy, we’re more than just a school — we’re a supportive community where educators feel valued, empowered, and inspired to make a difference every day. TES Academy is a non-public charter school serving students ages 3-21. Many public districts in Ohio contract with us to assist in educating their students who require more intensive instruction. Our classroom sizes are small and teacher/student ratios are low, enabling students to receive the personal attention they need and deserve. Be a Founding Team Member – Help build TES Academy Columbus/Dublin from the ground up and shape the culture, programming, and student experience from day one. Purpose-Driven Work – Make a meaningful impact with students of all abilities through individualized, data-driven instruction and integrated therapeutic support. Collaborative, Multi-Disciplinary Team – Work alongside OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and related service providers to support the whole child—together. Supportive Leadership & Growth Opportunities – Be part of a leadership team that invests in you, values your voice, and supports your professional growth. Smaller Setting, Bigger Impact – Enjoy manageable caseloads and the ability to truly connect with and support each student’s success. Total Education Solutions (TES) is a female-owned organization led by experienced educators and clinicians who are passionate about creating opportunities for individuals of all abilities. We empower children and adults through customized education and therapeutic services designed to help each person reach their fullest potential. Join our mission-driven team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve every day!
