About The Position

The Intervention Specialist Teacher will work with students requiring moderate to intensive support. This role involves managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), progress reports, and extended standards, and requires the ability to work with multiple grade levels daily. The position is for the 2026-2027 school year, consisting of 184 days.

Requirements

• Valid in the State of Ohio Intervention Specialist license or willingness to obtain
• Successful completion of background screening as mandated by the Bureau of Criminal Identification (B.C.I.) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.)

Nice To Haves

• Successful teaching and/or student teaching experience preferred
• Experience with managing Individualized Education Plan (IEPs), progress reports and extended standards
• Ability to work with multiple grade levels daily
