About The Position

Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support to children, youth, and families in home, school, and community settings. Help families navigate behavioral health crises through de-escalation, motivational interviewing, conflict resolution, and solution-focused interventions. Assess safety needs, stabilize crises, and develop individualized safety and risk-management plans in collaboration with youth and families.

The position is located at Reed Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The schedule is day shift, with occasional evenings based on client needs. Travel is reimbursed at $0.65 per mile.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Arts or Science, with a clinical practicum through a graduate-level program.
• Three years of experience in social services, behavioral health, child welfare, or counseling serving children and youth.
• Familiarity with community behavioral health resources.
