About The Position
The Intervention Outreach Specialist works in the Office of Community Engagement and Wellbeing to improve the health and well-being of youth and families so they can thrive in their homes and communities. This position assists children and families in coordinating the delivery of health, wellness, and mental health services by assisting with the navigation of child-serving, educational and human/social services systems.
