Be part of a transformative effort to improve the health and well-being of rural communities across Indiana. Our client is leading Indiana’s 5-year Rural Health Transformation Program, including the Make Rural Indiana Healthy Again Regional Grants, a historic $600M investment to strengthen healthcare access, prevention, and system resilience across 64 fully rural and nine partially rural counties. This initiative brings together state leadership, healthcare providers, and community organizations to design and implement solutions that reflect local needs while advancing a shared, statewide vision for better health outcomes. This is a high-impact role focused on advancing data exchange, interoperability, and health information infrastructure to improve coordination, access, and outcomes across healthcare and public health systems. About the Role As the Interoperability & HIE Modernization Project Manager, you will lead projects that advance health information exchange capabilities and interoperability across healthcare, public health, and community partners. In this role, you will support statewide modernization efforts by driving adoption of interoperability standards, improving data exchange frameworks, and enabling more connected and coordinated care systems. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving technical, operational, and policy teams, ensuring successful project execution, vendor coordination, and long-term sustainability. This role requires strong project leadership, technical understanding of interoperability concepts, and the ability to navigate complex environments with evolving requirements and high visibility.
