Requirements

• Ideally, Junior or Senior at the start of the program
• Available to work onsite in a hybrid capacity
• Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Interest in immersive technology and content

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience with our Engineering team developing state-of-the-art planetarium display systems and immersive dome structures.
• Develop immersive software, potentially working on QA, media playback, full-stack tools, and hardware integrations.
• Support our Venue Sales team through every stage of the sales cycle—from prospecting and lead management to proposals and event execution.
• Help deliver cutting-edge, live immersive experiences by supporting A/V systems, lighting, and live production across our venues.
• Support exceptional guest experiences and content operations, optimizing the customer journey by analyzing performance data, improving self-service tools, and contributing to systems that support front-line teams.
• Assist in evaluating internal priorities and market trends to inform scheduling and content planning, shaping the mix of live events and immersive experiences.
• Help shape the future of Cosm’s B2B products, from video capture to AI-enhanced tools, assisting with feature development, UX improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis in Finance.
• Focus on accounts payable, reconciliations, and core accounting processes in Accounting.
• Use sound design and Unreal Engine skills to create immersive soundscapes.
• Coordinate immersive content pipelines, manage assets, and support post-production logistics.
• Work on Continuous Improvement, analyzing workflows, proposing solutions, and implementing efficiency upgrades in Manufacturing.
• Support key HR functions, from onboarding to employee engagement.
• Support the tech infrastructure that powers our venues, helping resolve real-time issues, maintain systems, and optimize tools across departments.
• Work closely with our Venue Entertainment team to help bring bold, guest-facing activations to life—from idea to execution, assessing concepts, researching feasibility, and supporting cross-functional planning.
• Work on astronomy-themed content within our Digistar planetarium software, creating educational materials, visualizing complex astrophysical data, and contributing to outreach initiatives.
• Support the creation and analysis of consumer campaigns with research, strategy, and data-driven insights in Venue Marketing.
• Help amplify Cosm’s brand through media, storytelling, and digital content in Communications.
• Contribute to Cosm’s visual identity through high-impact design and multimedia, collaborating with creatives to produce marketing materials.
