Requirements
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with careful attention to detail
- Comfort handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a venue environment where schedules shift around events
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, event-based environment
Nice To Haves
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent people skills
- Able to perform duties with reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience with Gator Athletics, concerts, special events, facility operations, event setups, and event-day management.
- Build experience in social media, audience engagement, promotions, advertising, photography, graphic design, and event marketing.
- Gain experience with hiring, interviewing, training, staffing, employee engagement, recognition, morale, and employee relations.
