About The Position

This internship offers hands-on experience in technology, marketing, and client success at AMW. Interns will assist with the development, testing, and optimization of software platforms, AI-powered tools, and digital products. They will also support marketing and client success efforts through research, content creation, campaign planning, CRM management, and project coordination. The role involves collaboration with the technology team on software development and automation projects, as well as assisting with social media strategy, media outreach, copywriting, and product launches. Interns will participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, help troubleshoot technical issues, manage client communications, and perform administrative tasks. Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university or be a recent graduate
• Interest in technology, software development, AI, digital marketing, business operations, or client services
• Basic understanding of software applications, websites, mobile apps, or digital platforms preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional, organized, and reliable
• Available approximately five days per week
• Willing to contribute additional hours during major launches or special projects when needed

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
• Experience with website platforms, CRM systems, project management tools, or software testing
• Basic knowledge of coding, web development, app development, or debugging is a plus
• Experience with content creation, social media, or digital marketing is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, testing, and optimization of AMW's software platforms, AI-powered tools, and digital products.
• Support app debugging, quality assurance testing, user experience reviews, feature documentation, and product research.
• Collaborate with the technology team on software development initiatives, automation projects, and platform improvements.
• Support marketing and client success efforts through research, content creation, campaign planning, CRM management, account support, reporting, and project coordination.
• Assist with social media strategy development, media outreach planning, copywriting (blog posts, press releases, emails, website content), and preparation for product launches and client campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for new features and process improvements, assist with troubleshooting technical issues, help manage client communications and project deliverables, and perform administrative and operational tasks as needed.
