Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a four-year degree related to the internship
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong focus on detail and quality
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and/or in a team setting
  • Enrolled at an accredited university with a designated degree program
  • Graduating in the next 12 to 24 months
  • Have completed your sophomore or junior year

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to a designated business unit.
  • Be challenged with assignments relevant to your business department.
  • Gain hands-on experience and insight into the daily operations of a vertically integrated Investment, Development, Construction, and Management company.
  • Attend our kick-off event and network events.
  • Receive a company overview, leadership development training, and exposure to Senior Leadership.
  • Own a project from start to finish and present your findings our Executive Leadership Team at the end of the program.
  • Make an impact on the community.
