Requirements

Must be pursuing a four-year degree related to the internship
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong focus on detail and quality
Strong written and communication skills
Must be able to work independently and/or in a team setting
Enrolled at an accredited university with a designated degree program
Graduating in the next 12 to 24 months
Have completed your sophomore or junior year

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to a designated business unit.
Be challenged with assignments relevant to your business department.
Gain hands-on experience and insight into the daily operations of a vertically integrated Investment, Development, Construction, and Management company.
Attend our kick-off event and network events.
Receive a company overview, leadership development training, and exposure to Senior Leadership.
Own a project from start to finish and present your findings our Executive Leadership Team at the end of the program.
Make an impact on the community.
