About The Position

The OCC (DCXE/DDM) Intern will support the execution and optimization of digital marketing and customer engagement campaigns across owned channels (email, web, and mobile app). The role provides hands-on experience in campaign planning and operations, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Through real-world projects and mentorship, the intern will build foundational skills in data-driven marketing, customer journeys, and industry best practices. The internship offers exposure to enterprise-scale marketing efforts and helps develop strong professional and communication skills. The intern will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and customer engagement, including how campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized across channels. They will build foundational skills in marketing operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while learning best practices for performance and compliance, supported by real-world project exposure and mentorship.

Requirements

  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of senior or above.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
  • A transcript is required upon application.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail, basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Academic or project-based experience in marketing, business, communications, or data analytics, with exposure to digital marketing or customer engagement concepts (e.g., email marketing, CRM, or customer journeys).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
  • Basic understanding of data analysis, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
