About The Position

Saltmarsh's internship program offers hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and a real-world perspective on public accounting. Interns are paired with peer mentors and receive ongoing feedback to support their growth. All internships are paid and may be eligible for college credit. Opportunities are available in Tampa, Orlando, and Pensacola. The program includes comprehensive training, a mix of client work and projects, and opportunities for team-building, community involvement, and professional development in a supportive environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree relevant to public accounting.
Strong academic record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
For Spring Tax Internship: Commitment of 24+ hours/week from January through mid-April 2027.
For Fall Audit Internship: Availability from September through November 2027.
