About The Position
As a member of the Eurazeo China team, you will be working closely with Eurazeo’s investment professionals, assisting the team in evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring and supporting portfolio companies, etc. This internship is with the France China Cooperation Fund, a €1 billion fund managed by Eurazeo, dedicated to European companies with strong growth ambitions in the China/Asia region.
Requirements
- High fluency in professional English and Mandarin
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial database incl. Capital IQ, Wind, Merger Market, etc.
- Attention to details, solid research skills, independent thinking, and effectively cooperate with others
Nice To Haves
- Previous experiences in Investment Banking / Consulting / Private Equity are preferred
Responsibilities
- Undertaking analysis on investment opportunities, including financial and strategic analysis as well as operational and financial modelling of potential acquisition targets
- Assisting in post-transaction portfolio management, including China strategy planning, bottom acquisition, etc.
- Helping with identifying and assessing qualified Chinese & Asia investors for potential cooperation on cross border investment opportunities.
