About The Position
At TheHRchapter, we are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Trainee / Intern to support our administrative, automation, procurement & commercial activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, comfortable working independently, and eager to gain hands-on experience in digital operations within a modern, international environment in an Agentic AI-powered company related to Transformation & HR Consultancy services! You will work remotely, collaborate with different business functions, and contribute to improving operational efficiency through structured administration and smart use of technology.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (Business, Administration, Supply Chain, HR, IT, or similar)
- Strong in administrative work and highly detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy, with confidence using digital tools (Excel required; Jira, Automation tools are a plus)
- Able to work autonomously and responsibly in a remote setup
- Structured, proactive, and reliable
- Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Dutch (strongly desirable!)
- Spanish (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Performing and managing administrative tasks with high accuracy
- Supporting automation initiatives (workflows, tools, digital forms, dashboards)
- Assisting with procurement activities (supplier data, purchase requests, public and private tenders, commercial opportunities, comparisons)
- Maintaining trackers, databases, and drafting documentation with AI
- Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Supporting compliance, reporting, and structured record-keeping
