About The Position

Fall 2026 Program Dates: Approximately September 2026 – December 2026 JOB SUMMARY : The Admissions HHN Wrist Banding Intern will assist with the overall readiness for our equipment for the upcoming Halloween Horror Nights season. This person will also get insight on tracking of our wristband Inventory to ensure that they are up to the teams have the tools and resources to accomplish their assigned task. This person would also work on our data tracking and overall presentation of information to our senior leadership team for review and follow up.

Requirements

In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
A transcript is required upon application.
Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2026.

Nice To Haves

Preferred majors include: Hospitality, Analytics, Business, or related.
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft PowerPoint Power BI
Positive, and hit the ground running attitude.
Willing to work nights and weekends supporting a Marquee Event
Strong communication and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work with the Admissions HHN Stay & Scream Wrist Banding Team to, support the operation, track inventory levels and improve the Guest experience.
Create Spreadsheets Tracking Inventory Counts and Dashboards reflecting the Wrist Banding Operation.
Support the Operational Wrist Banding Team in the Field.
