About The Position
This internship focuses on supporting and assisting designers in the development of swimwear, beachwear, and accessories collections. Interns will gain insight into the full collection development process, from trend presentations to final product placement in stores. Key activities include preparing technical drawings, assisting with prints and colorways, and supporting daily departmental tasks to ensure a smooth workflow and organized environment.
Requirements
- Currently studying Design (HBO/Bachelors/Masters), for example at AMFI, Artemis, HTW Hamburg, UDK Berlin, De Montfort University, or a similar institution
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop
- Strong eye for color, print, and trends
- Passion for fashion and design
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stay calm and focused while working to deadlines
- Must upload portfolio in addition to CV
- Must be enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship
- Must be available for 5 months starting in September 2026
- Must meet Dutch law eligibility criteria (EU citizen, Family/Partner visa, or non-EU student in the Netherlands meeting specific curriculum or university agreement requirements)
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of InDesign
- Experience with Clo 3D
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the designers in the development of the collections (swimwear, beachwear, and accessories)
- Gain insight into the full development process of a collection, from trend presentations to final products in stores
- Prepare detailed technical drawings in Illustrator
- Assist in the development of prints, colorways, and color cards
- Support the team with daily departmental tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Help maintain an organized workflow and work environment
