About The Position

Cooper University Health Care is seeking an Internist to provide Adult Primary Care in their offices in Southern NJ. This role involves participating in night and weekend call services and offers the opportunity for a Faculty appointment at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, teaching medical students and Internal Medicine Residents. The Division of Cooper General Internal Medicine is part of Cooper University Health Care and provides Adult Primary Care to Southern New Jersey communities and physician services to Sub-Acute and Nursing facilities. It is a large Academic division with over 80 healthcare providers, covering a wide geographical area. Division faculty are involved in the Internal Medicine Residency Program and medical student education. Providers participate in an Accountable Care Organization with a population health team. The division has a dedicated team of Primary Care Providers with a shared mission: “To Serve, To Heal, To Educate.”

Requirements

• Medical Degree M.D or D.O
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine
