About The Position

Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. (GPHA) is seeking Board-certified and Board-eligible Internists to join their team and contribute to health equity. GPHA is a non-profit healthcare organization founded in 1970, dedicated to providing comprehensive, affordable healthcare to communities facing healthcare disparities. Their Total Healthcare Home offers a wide range of services including primary care, specialty care, HIV disease management, dental, behavioral healthcare, and pharmacy services to a diverse population in the Greater Philadelphia and Tri-State area. This role involves managing acute and chronic diseases, providing preventive services, and evaluating post-hospitalization patients. Internists are crucial to population health initiatives, pandemic response, and the diagnosis and treatment of various public health issues. Both telemedicine and in-person visits are available, but inpatient services are not included.

Requirements

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Internist.

Responsibilities
