Requirements
- Board-Eligible/Board-Certified in Internal Medicine (MD/DO) or Family Medicine
- Open to Geriatricians
- Must apply or hold a current Florida medical license
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and preventative care
- Integrate medical, behavioral, and dental health services
- Collaborate with other primary care physicians, APPs, mental health specialists, dentists, chiropractors, podiatrists, women’s health clinicians, pediatricians, podiatrists, senior care, clinical, and administrative support staff
- Serve an adult-focused patient panel
- Create positive change for underserved populations
