Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming internet leads quickly and professionally
  • Connect with customers via phone, text, email, and online platforms
  • Schedule appointments and help guide customers through the buying process
  • Build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional experience
  • Work closely with the sales team to help drive showroom traffic and sales results
  • Follow up consistently with potential buyers and maintain CRM activity
