About The Position

The Graff Auto Campus (Chevrolet, Ford, Kia, Toyota, GMC) is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to join our us serving Graff Ford and Toyota in Northwest Indiana. This role involves responding to internet leads, phone calls, and chat inquiries, building rapport with potential customers, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. The position also requires managing CRM activities and collaborating with store managers to enhance customer experience and maximize opportunities. The ideal candidate will guide guests through the purchasing process.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• High energy and a positive, customer-first attitude.
• Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital communication.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience a plus (but not required – we will train the right person!).

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and chat inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Build rapport and trust with potential customers by providing information about inventory, specials, and financing options.
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team across all Graff Auto Campus locations.
• Manage CRM activities, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up on consistently.
• Collaborate with the store managers to maximize opportunities and improve customer experience.
• Work with the guests to help guide them through the purchasing process.
