About The Position

Bayside Ford in King George, VA is looking to add an energetic and highly-motivated Internet Sales Manager to the Team! The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all digital sales leads and driving strong performance from the internet sales process. Requirements

Automotive sales or internet sales management experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple leads simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage all incoming internet and digital sales leads
Ensure prompt, professional, and consistent responses to all leads, meeting or exceeding response-time standards
Drive strong closing ratios relative to market and dealership averages
Work directly with sales associates on: Pricing and quote strategy Appointment setting and confirmation Customer follow-up and engagement Deal support and “be-backs”
Coach and support the sales team to improve lead handling, phone skills, and appointment show rates
Track performance metrics and adjust processes to improve results
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
