About The Position

The Internet Sales Manager (ISM) is responsible for managing and optimizing all digital lead generation and conversion efforts for Homes By WestBay & Casa Fresca Homes. This role oversees all internet sales consultants, lead management systems, and customer engagement processes to drive appointment set rates, community traffic, and home sales. The ISM plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience from first inquiry through appointment scheduling and handoff to on-site sales consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Preferable degrees: Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Ai Certifications are a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in internet sales, inside sales, or lead management, preferably in homebuilding, real estate, or high-consideration sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and digital lead management systems.
  • Proven ability to improve lead conversion rates and sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Internet Sales team.
  • Ensure response to all online leads, phone calls, emails, chats, and text inquiries.
  • Establish and monitor lead response time, follow-up cadence, and conversion benchmarks.
  • Optimize lead nurturing strategies to maximize appointment set rates.
  • Manage and continuously improve customer journey workflows.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop Internet Sales Consultants.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Establish team goals performance tracking metrics.
  • Serve as the primary owner of CRM lead management systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and consistent CRM usage across the team.
  • Maintain texting, chat, and AI automation strategies.
  • Provide insights into lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and buyer trends.
  • Participate in campaign planning to improve cost per lead, appointment rates, and ROI.
  • Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics, including:
  • Lead response time
  • Contact rate
  • Appointment set rate
  • Appointment kept rate
  • Conversion to sale
  • Prepare and deliver weekly KPI reports to VP of Sales Operations & Division Manager (DM), providing actionable insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Develop strategies to improve overall funnel performance.
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Handle escalated customer issues related to internet sales interactions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
