With a strong base salary, commission on new/used front and back gross, and monthly bonuses tied to closing ratios-your potential is unlimited. Compensation & Bonus Structure: Base Salary: $2,800/month Commission: Earn a percentage of front/back gross on new and used vehicle sales Performance Bonuses: Based on closing ratio milestones Manufacturer CSI Bonus: Amount depends on the brand/ manufacturer Monthly Earning Potential: Significantly higher with experience and results! Requirements
- Proven success in Internet/BDC Sales or Department Management (Automotive)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dealership CRM/DMS systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, etc.)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Must have valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED (college a plus)
- Basic computer skills and phone etiquette

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Internet Sales & BDC department
- Manage and coach a team of sales consultants
- Respond to and follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and CRM tasks
- Analyze buyer behavior and tailor communication accordingly
- Monitor team performance and provide call coaching based on recordings
- Generate and track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure customer satisfaction
