Internet Sales Manager
About The Position
Dillard's is looking for a seasoned retail and ecommerce professional that is passionate about fashion to join our ecommerce team as an Internet Sales Manager. Our ecommerce team works with cutting-edge technology in a highly dynamic and ever changing environment. The Internet Sales Manager will work closely with our merchants to publish new merchandise, enhance visual appeal of the website, and push sales via our ecommerce channels. This position works cross functionally with Dillard's buying, technology, marketing, and photography teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years working in ecommerce, retail buying, ecommerce related IT roles, or retail management
- A degree in business, retail merchandising, or information technology-related majors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong management skills
- A passion for fashion and retail
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SEO/GEO
- Experience with the Adobe Digital Analytics platform and Google Analytics
- Experience in digital marketing
- Social Media expertise
