Requirements
- Onboarding completed within days-you'll hit the ground running!
- Experience in marketing, web admin, lead management, or inventory management.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering excellence.

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have a valid driver's license
- Complete all pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities
- Supercharge the Internet Sales Team to turn leads into sales and create knockout customer experiences-online and in-store.
- Ensure our website stays sharp, engaging, and optimized to convert browsers into buyers.
- Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and roll out action plans that keep the team performing at peak horsepower.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and energize the internet sales team to crush established goals.
- Stay hands-on and involved in daily digital operations-your leadership will drive results.
- Craft and execute innovative online sales strategies, promotions, and digital campaigns to keep us ahead of the competition.
