Internet Sales Manager / Business Development Center (BDC) Manager Locations: Lexus of Nashville & Lexus of Cool Springs Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the digital space? Lexus of Nashville and Lexus of Cool Springs are seeking a highly motivated and professional Internet Sales Manager / BDC Manager to lead our growing team. This is your opportunity to guide and inspire a high-performing sales department at two of Middle Tennessee's premier luxury automotive dealerships. We're looking for someone who thrives on challenge, brings a positive mindset, and knows how to convert opportunity into results - all while upholding the Lexus standard of excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Automotive Sales Management experience
  • Proven success in desking deals, customer engagement, and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, internet lead handling, and digital sales strategies
  • A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • High level of organization, initiative, and follow-through
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and lead a high-output sales team
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • All applicants must be at least 19 years old, and able to pass pre-employment testing which includes background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads with urgency and professionalism
  • Build strong relationships with online customers through consistent, effective communication
  • Provide transparent quotes on pricing, interest rates, and inventory availability
  • Guide customers through digital and in-person presentations of vehicle inventory
  • Receive and process online and manual credit applications
  • Maintain top-tier performance in CSI , average gross , and monthly units sold
  • Support and train BDC representatives and internet sales team members
