About The Position

The Internet Sales Agent position is for a career-minded, service-driven professional to join a fast-paced organization, selling AAA Brand Products and Services. The role offers excellent earning potential and paid training. Agents will receive member and internet sales leads to meet monthly sales goals, which involves qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products, following up with members and insureds, and prospecting for new business. Responsibilities also include inspecting documentation, resolving membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment, multi-tasking, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The company, Auto Club Enterprises, is the largest club within the national AAA federation, with nearly 17,000 employees across 24 states, serving over 18 million members. Requirements

  • Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
  • Have computer experience and good organizational skills
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
  • Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
  • High School Diploma required
  • Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines as well as Life license
  • Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
  • Successful completion of a Background Check
  • Ability to pass a Drug Screen

Nice To Haves

  • Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
  • Sales experience highly preferred
  • College Degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and quoting prospects
