Job Responsibilities: Communicates effectively with Used Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email, or in person. Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services. Helps with salespeople to sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month for out of state customers Follow up with salespeople for updates on lead handling and reporting to Sales Manager. Keeping a doc of each lead given out to help create deals with the sales manager. Assists customers in selecting used vehicles. Handles all Used Internet sales inquiries personally. Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business. Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals. Attends product and sales training as requested by the sales manager. Attends sales meetings. Maintains professional appearance. Qualifications Job Qualifications: Ability to read and comprehend instructions & information. Valid in-state drivers license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills
