Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in the retail automotive industry with a proven track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, communication (both written and oral), and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfort with high call and email volumes and proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive sales training or management coursework is a plus.
  • License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Screening: Must pass pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads, online inquiries, and digital appointment requests. Deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience that builds trust and drives engagement.
  • Convert leads into appointments and appointments into sales. Track, monitor, and optimize lead sources, response times, and closing ratios to consistently exceed goals.
  • Provide transparent, informative, and personalized communication that reflects the Hanania Way. Ensure every customer feels valued from the first click to the final handshake.
  • Partner closely with sales teams, management, and marketing to streamline processes, support sales goals, and enhance digital retail performance.
  • Showcase a polished, customer-first approach across all digital channels. Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on promotions, inventory, and industry trends.
  • Utilize CRM tools, digital retailing platforms, and lead management systems to track customer data, monitor performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.
