Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive sales, internet sales management, or dealership leadership
  • Proven success with CRM platforms, lead management tools, and digital marketing systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial metrics
  • Highly organized, results-driven leader with a customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming internet sales leads via email, phone, text, and chat, maintaining a response time goal of 15 minutes or less.
  • Digital Inventory Oversight Manage the dealership’s online inventory presence by ensuring accurate vehicle photos, pricing, descriptions, and merchandising to maximize lead conversion.
  • Team Leadership Recruit, train, and coach internet sales consultants and BDC representatives, developing strong phone scripts, digital communication strategies, and customer engagement processes.
  • Sales Strategy & Marketing Execution Develop and implement internet-focused marketing initiatives, promotions, and lead-generation strategies to increase website traffic, appointments, and sales volume.
  • Performance Management & CRM Oversight Utilize CRM tools to track lead activity, appointment ratios, closing percentages, and monthly sales forecasts. Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and results.
  • Deal Support & Closing Work directly with the sales team to structure deals, assist with closing, and ensure a seamless transition from online communication to in-store experience.
