About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Internet Banking team. The Internet Banking CSR role is responsible for providing assistance to online banking customers in a courteous and professional manner. Additional duties include but are not limited to working reports, performing account maintenance, and resetting user passwords as needed. Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to online banking customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Work reports.
• Perform account maintenance.
• Reset user passwords.
• Document all customer contact in CRM Tool.
• Respond to customer secure messages.
• Complete daily reports as assigned both accurately and efficiently.
• Be open-minded to learning and willing to take on new tasks.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
