As an International Trade Services Analyst Senior within PNC's International Trade Service & Delivery Group, Documentary Collections Team, you will work from PNC's East Brunswick, New Jersey location. Seeking candidate who are detail oriented, have experience reading long technical documentation and can learn computer systems and international trade operations administration steps and processes quickly. Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, Incoterms 2020, international trade, imports and exports, GTS (Global Trade Systems) and SWIFT payment processing is a plus. Requirements

Ability to learn computer systems and international trade operations administration steps and processes quickly
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
Typically requires 3+ years experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

Utilizes international trade-specific procedures, rules, guidelines and regulations.
Evaluates and executes basic to moderate transactions.
May approve international trade services transactions and processes.
May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.
Processes basic to moderate trade transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with procedures, rules, guidelines and regulations.
Identify exceptions and may address escalated items under supervision.
Interacts with internal and external stakeholders in completing transactions.
Administers trade compliance program against all trade transactions and escalates as necessary in order to mitigate bank risk.
Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests for basic to moderate international trade products.
Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
May review reports to process transactions.
