Requirements

Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Laws degree
At least a 3.0 overall GPA
Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam

Responsibilities

Navigating complex international tax regulations to optimize global tax positions for clients
Developing and implementing tax-efficient structures and strategies to minimize liabilities
Conducting tax research and analysis to provide accurate and up-to-date information and advice
Preparing and reviewing tax documents, including income statements and tax returns, to validate compliance
Collaborating with teams to design integrated global structuring solutions that align with business objectives
Advising clients on corporate tax planning and domestic restructuring to maximize investment returns
Consulting on regulatory compliance to help organizations meet applicable laws and regulations
Engaging in transaction services to support and facilitate business transactions through financial due diligence and structuring
Utilizing skills in Controlled Foreign Companies and Foreign Tax Credit to navigate cross-border tax laws
Participating in stakeholder engagement to address diverse perspectives and needs in tax consulting projects
