About The Position

The Kinetic Group seeks an International Sales Director to lead a sales team across 11 Midwest states for Remington Ammunition accessories. This role supervises a Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to build and maintain customer relationships. Travel required: 60–70% domestic for sales events and corporate meetings (Anoka, MN).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 60 months of progressive post-degree experience in a Sales Director or related sales role
  • Experience must include: Hunting, shooting, sporting goods, or related industry
  • Team management
  • External and internal ballistics, wound ballistics presentations
  • Bullet construction and use; long-range shooting techniques and applications
  • Communicating product value across firearms customer segments
  • Working with product development teams (testing and feedback)
  • Developing promotional programs
  • Budget creation and management
  • International sales
  • To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national; (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (a/k/a green card holder); (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C.
