International Operations Finance Manager

About The Position

Church & Dwight is seeking an International Operations Finance Manager to join their team. This business lead is responsible for focusing on COGS, Supply Chain, G2G, New Product Development, and Working Capital. This role will partner with Operations Finance at headquarters and country level to improve understanding of standard costing/transfer pricing and impact on Gross Margin. It will also serve as a key liaison for business process harmonization across international markets.

Requirements

  • Expert working knowledge of Power BI, SAP, BPC, and Oracle EPM preferred
  • Expert working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution in Finance/Accounting
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Foreign language skills a plus
  • International and consumer experience preferred
  • Experience working with large ERP systems, such as SAP and Oracle

Responsibilities

  • Cost analytics, planning and forecasting with focus on products sourced out of US and UK
  • New Product Development cost analytics, working with US Operations Finance for US-sourced products and with UK Operations Finance for UK-sourced products
  • Improves organizational awareness and knowledge of COGS/Supply Chain cost structure and transaction flow, transfer pricing, and impact on International
  • Liaises with US and UK organizations to share best practices which help to ensure accurate, consistent, monthly, and quarterly supply chain results as it pertains to International brands and countries
  • International consolidations of COGS changes vs. Plan and vs. prior year, with key drivers, and provide visibility to International management team
  • Conduct brand/SKU cost and margin improvement analysis across subsidiaries and GMG
  • Tracking and reporting of productivity savings (G2G) in partnership with Operational Finance and Supply Chain teams
  • Working Capital management, reporting, consolidations, and analysis; lead task force for Working Capital improvements
  • Strengthen intercompany profit visibility
  • Document areas of opportunity for efficiency, automation, and process improvements
  • Support the business as needed, including but not limited to: Brand launch analysis, Integration of acquisitions, Special projects and ad hoc analysis
  • Key partner on all monthly, quarterly, annual closing, forecasting, and planning activities
