About The Position

The International Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with clients across global markets from within the United States. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation. The representative will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of international sales processes, cultural nuances, and compliance with global trade regulations. Ultimately, the role aims to build long-term partnerships that contribute to the company’s global market presence and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales or international sales support roles.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated understanding of international sales processes and export regulations.

  • Experience working with clients in multiple international regions including Europe, Asia, or Latin America.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, French, or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential international clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and after-sales support to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to diverse cultural and business environments.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
