About The Position

The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice at EY is a joint venture between the Transaction Advisory Services and Tax service lines, focusing on advising corporate and private equity clients on their capital agenda. ITTS is comprised of three competencies: Transaction Tax Advisory (TTA), International Corporate Tax Advisory (ICTA), and Transfer Pricing (TP). TTA handles tax aspects of client capital agendas, including due diligence, structuring, and cash tax modeling for buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as internal restructuring and refinancing. ICTA advises on international tax operations, including cross-border controversy, policy advisory, quantitative services, and internal restructuring. TP addresses planning, documentation, and controversy for intercompany transactions, supply chain matters, and intangible property. The coordinated go-to market and service approach of ICTA and TTA is designed to offer significant learning and development within the transaction landscape and international cross-border transactions, aiming to develop trusted advisors for clients.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and around three years of related work experience or a graduate degree and two years of related work experience
  • Progress toward (or completion of) a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status
  • Tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience and/or inbound and outbound transaction consulting with international tax research, planning and compliance experience
  • Experience managing budgets, projects and people
