Requirements

7+ years of experience in systems engineering
Experience in integration of C4I systems into an underlying SoS architecture
Experience working at the program office level, such as NAVSEA, NAVWAR, or PEO C4I
Experience leading capability analysis in C4I systems, such as GCCS, Link-16, Link-22, or Classified Programs
Knowledge of requirements definition, analysis of alternatives, and integration
Knowledge of testing, training, production, installation, contracting, and assisting with budget planning
Ability to support the Chief Engineer by providing technical guidance in addition to preparing briefing materials and correspondence
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

Nice To Haves

Experience with a large, complex project pre-Milestone B
Experience working with international partners and foreign military sales
Knowledge of foreign navies
Ability to communicate with a vast set of stakeholders shifting between technical and acquisition contexts while blending the two
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in an Engineering field preferred
Doctorate degree in an Engineering field a plus

Responsibilities

Solve complex C4I challenges and shape a large, complex system-of-systems by leading the early engineering efforts and process development.
